Wow, you'll need a service manual for all of that info. Contact the manufacturer to see if it is available to you, as this information is generally only given to dealers or qualified service techs. However I was able to get a service manual for a Panasonic printer I won without too much trouble ($40 US).

Please uninstall SP3 as it makes most of the drivers uncompatible as expereinced with others as well. Once you uninstall it then go for the driver installation from:

Hello sir; the error code you have display, that's means laser motor don't work, replace it!

It's strange to me the it would take so long to show up. Problems like this typically happen within the first few pages. "Bands" like this are almost always related to the drum or the fuser, but again, it usually happens right away. It's still likely either of those 2 units, but you should have a technician look at it and tell you for sure.

Check the Mail Server IP or name and press the connection test.
Sometimes it is better to change the Mail server address.

Did you install a new toner bottle? If so did you remove the pull tab or tape that seals the toner from spilling out. If it is a new toner that you know of, do you have another to install. It may be a defective toner. From what you explaining it sounds like there is no toner in the developing unit. Try antother toner first...

you have to go into the sp modes to clear this code .pres the yellow c then 107 and hold down the orange c , do this all in sequence , it wil go in the sp modes and show copy sp .enter there and switch the power off wait 5 seconds switch back on

I'd love to help you but because of the complexity of scanning to e-MAIL and the minimum of detail you have provided I can't possibly help. I don't mean to be hurtful, but there is much more than magic involved. Have you had a device before that you were able to successfully accomplish this task in the past. This would answer so much. I would gladly try to help you after knowing at least that much. :-)

You have a fuser problem, but sometimes it is just a false reading.

Try this:

press clearmodes, 1, 0, 7, and press and hold clear/stop, until the screen changes. Select 1, for copy SP. Select 7 for Data log. Scroll down to 7807. This will be SC/Jam counter reset.
Select it, and execute. Exit all the way back out. Turn machine off and back on.

You can't. As I said you need the service engineer with the laptop. These Office Machines are NOT consumer serviceable. They hook up the laptop with the Ricoh software and it interrogates the computer, the mainboard and everything on it.
