you need a graphics card more than 128 mb to run

the problem on the Chessmaster 10th Cannot initialize 3D engine is that the game support only 1024x768 on screen resolution. Do that and works fine. Peace for all.

When I start Chessmaster, and click on Play-Trining Mode, it says "failed to attach personalities", and I can't play chess

actual your wrong on all acounts... your chessmaster should run just fine on your version of windows.. it sounds like it glitching because of you computer itself.. now chess doesnt sound like a game that needs alot of graphics to play but the graphics card can be one.. i would suggest checking your core temp (cpu fan) in your bios (look it up buddy on how to's) and the search normal temps.. your computer needs to run at a healthy temp or no matter how good your computer is it will overheat and become useless... but it can also be your processor or your about of ram... try deleteing old files you dont use to make disk space and after that go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools>disk cleanup.. and then after that is done system tool> disdefragment and let that run.... and if that doesnt help tell me and i can give more suggestions if it fails
