If it is just glasses and coffee mugs that it refuses to wash maybe you should stop trying to wash these items in this dishwasher.
Could it have to do with the location where you put them? Maybe the direct water jet has a blind spot there while the reflected dirty water concentrates there. That may have to do with the shape of the vessel. I am just trying to make sense out of this unusual behavior. (I am thinking of some remarkable properties of parabolic and elliptic surfaces.)
Bosch Logixx 8 Vario problem is that the conditioner is still in the drawer after the wash is finished

Timed out on drain cycle, basically you either have an outlet blockage or something is trapped in the pump, you can check the pump by opening the bottom right flap on the front panel, manually emptying the w/m and checking the pump filter for coins etc. Also, check the outlet isn't blocked. E13 means timed out on drain cycle, In other words its trying to drain and cant so it stops with that error code, Hope this helps,
If your dryer is not drying like it once did or if you just have nottaken the time to give yourself a clean dryer in a long time then youneed to do that. At least once a year the dryer cleaning should takeplace. Lint build up in the dryer duct is one of the main causesfor your dryer to fail.
To download the manual, click the link above then click "more" on the selected model and then click "Additional documents" then click "Download" next to User manual or you can also view the Installation Diagram.
Remove the battery immediately but as of now the damage is already done and you must be lucky to have the phone in working order as delicate circuit would have been damaged.
please check on the link below:
Ensure that the hot and cold lines are not inverted. Ensure that the drain hose elbow is at the height specified by the manual. If height is incorrect you may get water from drain back into the tub. Ensure that the detergent drawer is opening and that the detergent is being released. If water is too cold, the thermostat may be defective. If the appliance is new it would be quite unusual.
