You should replace your batteries as the motor that moved the deadbolt does not have enough power to move it with weak batteries. If that fails make sure the deadbolt moves freely when the lock is removed as the mis-aligned mounting will cause excessive force be exerted to move the deadbolt. Hire a locksmith. They will be able to open it.
