SIP turbo 150 mig welder instructions wanted
for welding cars or similar thickness steel use it on number1 setting speed 6-7 and practise max and min should be used when you want a bit more power A gose onto number 2 and then 3 these are amp settings and are for thickness of steel to be weled your welder can weld up to 8mm of plate steel on setting 3 max i use 0.9mm gasless flux cored wire great for working out doors the wind tends to blow gas away on standard wire yours is easly converted to gasless as so was mine

My Vulcan 220 welder want come on
Hi,
please for damaged wires, check that a technician has blown out dust from the rear portion of your welder after dust has been removed and double check that you've cleaned the exterior within the last 2 months.
Thank you.
Used my brand new Rossi 130 a gasless mig welder & after 10 minutes the wire feed stopped,
The only things that come to mind after your checks are a spool not set in completely, a stripped spool or a spool drive shaft failure of some kind.
so...make surenthe spool is not stripped, its seated all the way and if so is the drive shaft for the spool and/or feeder pulleys all moving. If nothing is moving anywhere but you hear the actuator motors turning inside you have a warranty issue.
Wire feed is stop and go. Whats bindding the wire? cleaned drive wheel to make sure no grease etc.
A lot of wire feeding problems can be cured by changing the contact tip. It only takes a little contamination, weld splatter, arcing to cause the symptoms you've described.
With over 40 years experience with wire feed welder I've
found that 9 out of ten times feeding problems are tip related. The drive roll tension cab sometimes cause the symptoms you're describing. Also keeping your mig torch as straight as possible, no curls or bends will help eliminate feeding issues.
What is Welding Electrode?
An electrode is a coated metal wire. It is made of materials that are similar to the metal being welded. To begin, there are consumable and non-consumable electrodes. The electrodes in SMAW, also known as a stick, are consumables, which means they wear out during use and melt with the weld.
TIG Welding Electrodes are non-consumable, so they do not melt and become part of the weld. Electrodes are continuously fed wire during GMAW or MIG welding. Flux-cored arc welding necessitates the use of a continuously fed consumable tubular electrode containing a flux.
What is the difference between TIG & MIG welding?
MIG welding is also called Metal inert gas welding, gas metal arc (GMAW) welding. MIG welding uses an arc of electricity that creates a short circuit amidst a constant anode and a cathode. The short circuit produces heat and a non-reactive gas. This melts metal, enabling it to be mixed together. After the heat is removed, the metal cools down and then solidifies, creating new fused metal.
MIG wire is used in MIG welding. Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding utilizes a non-consumable tungsten electrode that produces the electric arc for the weld. Unlike MIG welding, TIG welding does not require additional metal to be added.
Minimig gasless welder. How can I change dcep to dcen?
You need to go inside the unit and swap the hand unit and the ground wires on the + and - terminals. The used manual explains this on page 6, but the picture is wrong.

I have a kende mig 105 gasless welder, but the wire isn't getting fed through on the feed wheel, tried different welding wire and also turned the wheel, tried tightening the wheel, slackening it as well,i
Here's a few things you can check:
When gun trigger is pulled, do the drive wheels turn? If they aren't, pull the trigger again; do you hear anything within the machine (contactors closing, gas solinouds opening, any clicking, etc.) that would indicate the trigger circuit is functional?
If the drive wheels are turning, but wire isn't being pushed thru the mig gun, check for proper drive roll vs. wire size. If that is correct, check gun liner for obstructions. Flux cored wire tends to stop up a wire liner fairly quickly.
