The spout of my faucet keeps blowing off when I
First this is a very unusual assurance and the spout retainer ring needs to be replaced.
To help relieve the pressure on this part for the time being by removing the aerator it is probably plugged up anyway.
Faucet dripping
Call Price
Pfister at
1-800-PFAUCET and ask them to send you a new hot and cold stem for free. These faucets are easy to repair. Here is the
parts breakdown for your faucet. Turn the water supply of to the faucet. Remove the index button from the top of each handle.
Unscrew the handle retaining screw. Pull the handle off. Unscrew the stems with an adjustable wrench; turn them counterclockwise. Install the new stems and reinstall the hanldes; it may take a couple of times to get them set in just the right positions. Slowly turn the water back on and open the faucet.
Dripping faucet
Very nice kitchen faucet. I like Price Pfister's products. To repair it you will need a phillips screwdriver to remove the handles and crescent wrench to remove the cartridges. If it is dripping then one of the faucet cartridges need to be replaced. Its best to replace both cartridges as inevitably the other one will start to leak after you've replaced the troublesome one. Your local hardware store or plumbing supply store should have a replacement cartridge for this model. Remove one of the cartridges and take it with you to ensure you get the correct part. There is an exploded diagram of your faucet on the Price Pfister site at that shows the part number for the cartridge. Good luck and let me know how it turns out.http://www.pricepfister.com/www/ImageAssets/mirror/model/kitchen/savannah/savf8h6-85/ex-036-01.pdf

Hi,
Yes to fix it you will need to replace the cartirdges. If you can figure out exactly which one is dripping you could just do that one.
I often find these guys to be very competitive and give me great pricing, even better then the local plumbing supply that I deal with. If I have the time for shipping I often buy here.

I have very low almost no water pressure
check under the sink you will find to water pipes one hot one cold there is a nob/vavles on both they control the water pressure make sure they are open all the way. if that doesnt work goo the water heater and by it you wil find one pipe off the heater and one by it with the same valves just make sure they are open all the way
''poor pressure hot water only on new 531 series''
If you remove the supply line from the faucet and open the valve into a bucket, do you have adequate pressure? If you do, you will need to remove the hot water stem to see if something washed up into the faucet when you first turned the water on.
Price Pfister hot water runs slow
Check the supply line and valve to see if any dirt or foreign.matter got into the line or valve when you changed out your faucet. if this is not the problem you may have a faulty faucet. You may be able to back flush the faucet with a garden hose by leaving the hot side open, but you will get wet. If you used Teflon tape on the supply line and it is a compression fitting, some of the tape could be blocking the water. for more info go to waterheaterflush.com
