Remove delta quick connect hose

pull the black plastic piece down. you should hear a click. then gently pull the hose out. no matter what , BE GENTLE. Those things do seat very well but you have to be careful on removing them. Installing is easy, just a push in until it locks.

Hot water side slower pressure

If problem is isolated to one faucet, then clog is located near that faucet.
I have same problem on one faucet when sediment and dirt collects at shut-off valve for some reason.

Problem can be at shut off or at supply tube or at faucet ... or all 3.

Repairs get things kind of wet so get out bucket and towels.
Take apart center mixing valve on faucet and turn water on to see if problem flushes out.
Disconnect hot side supply tube at faucet. Turn water on and see if that flushes problem out.
Remove shut off valve and turn water on to see if that flushes problem.
Replace shut-off valve.
Next place to look is elbow inside wall.

inside the centre spout of the faucet where it sits on the baseplate is a divertor valve. this is not functioning properly and should be replaced. check the delta web site for a break down of parts.

you know my grandfather was a carpenter and for some reason he loved Delta faucets. My dad hates delta because they always leaked. We have gone around to all the rentals and even this house he built and replaced all the delta faucets with nice quality moen faucets. You will need to get a washer kit for this faucet. These kits are pretty common since these faucets are so junky. Most hardware stores should have the repair kits. like home depot and Lowes.

Water quits flowing

There is a little popper in the spout area. You need to remove the top handle and slide the spout off. The popper is in the main tube coming up. It.s a standard part at most big box hardware stores and it costs less than $10.

Pressure surging thru Delta single handle faucet.

I don't know if this is your problem or not, But I had a new faucet and it did the same thing. I found little tiny pieces of polishing media stuck in side the faucet. Every time you turn on the water it comes out fast , then trickles, drove me nuts, I took it back and got another, no problem, hope this helps.

The shut offs under the sink are green, and wont

I would not mess with them. They make a repair valve that has a female 3/8 compression nut on one side and the other side is the normal 3/8 od fitting. Turn the water off to the house, disconnect the supply lines, put the valves on and then reattach the supply lines. Now you have shut offs and can service the faucet.

Our jameco kitchen faucet has no water pressure.

Sounds like you may need to replace the cartridge if you have one of the late model single control models. You may get a clue as to how your faucet might be put together by finding a similar faucet on the Moen web site, and looking at their exploded parts diagram. (They are good about posting information; although some say their products are not so good; I really don't know personally)

I have a leaking Delta single handle kitchen

I may be able to help you. Some faucets are made with the option to have a base or to mount directly to the counter. The bigger washer might be the one that seals the faucet to the counter The leak out of the top of the faucet is probably caused from the plastic nut with the grooves in the top of it not being tight enough. The repair kit should have came with a tool that has a allen wrench on one end and two prongs on the other.Use the pronged end to tighten the plastic nut ,If the other parts where put in correctly this should cure your problem. If the faucet continues to leak you can get a pamplet that will give you instructions from a rep at the plumbing supply or on line in one of the sights for Delta Faucets.

The pressure in my Delta faucet is suddenly low.

Take the hoses off on the bottom of the faucet and blow air back through the faucet. Dirt can plug up the small openings right where the water enters the faucet. By the way I hope you checked the areator on the end of the spout, Dirt can plug that up also.

I do not know how to remove the spout from a Delta

You shouldn't have to remove the ball to take the spout off. It simply slides onto the post. Simply rotate it back and forth while raising it up, it should slide off directly towards the ceiling.

I have a Delta shower faucet model number 1324 and

Hi Shannon:

The problem is most likely the seats and springs. You should purchase Delta Part # RP4993. I found some for mine at Lowe's for around $4.00. O-rings are available there too for about $2.00, and you probably should go ahead and replace them as well, especially if they feel dry and brittle.

You have to remove the handle, then unscrew the brass ring (or bonnet) with a pipe wrench, then just pull the cartridge straight out. Separate the lower cartridge from the upper by twisting a quarter turn to the left. Once separated, remove the black rubber seats and springs and install the new.

Loosen the retaining nut holding the faucet to the underside of the countertop/sink. Use a deep socket or basin wrench (http://images.lowes.com/general/b/bwrench.gif)
Straighten out the faucet and have someone hold it straight
while you tighten the retaining nut.

This problem may be a sign that the faucet needs some maintenance. You may want to read this as well:

I can't get the cap off the top of my Delta faucet

Delta makes wonderful faucets....HOWEVER.....this was a DUMB design. Channel locks won't work because the metal of the bonnet is SO thin that any squeeze deforms it and locks it up. Strap wrench will sometimes work. There is a specific Delta Bonnet Nut Wrench. Just a piece of plastic really, but it works when nothing else will.
Might be hard to find, but here's a possible source/picture:

http://img01.static-nextag.com/image/Delta-Faucets-Removal-wrench/1/000/000/651/007/65100747.jpg

If this tool doesn't work (though it usually does), the next step is careful hacksaw works and a new bonnet nut.

Good Luck.
