Hi! You can lock your G502 keypad in 2 ways: pres the star at the bottom left, then right soft key (button above call breaking button). Or you can go to: settings->security->automatic keylock, then select ON. That's how to lock a keypad. On G502 you can't lock a folder, sorry. I am 100% sure cause i have it.

i think , viris attack in your mobile phone. So to solve this scan memory stick by latest update antivirus software. if the problem still then Master reset ur mobile phone . I think it will be solve.

your phone needs to reprogram because of it corrupted software...one of the reason of it is maybe drop the other day...go to nearest cellphone shop to reprogram it by se tool gadget or UB box..thanks

dude, actually its hard 2 install applications in samsung phones, until u upgrade your phone's firmware!! but at the same time, its hard 2 get firmware upgrade for every samsung phones! n dude, even if u get any firmware for your phone, then upgrade it with your own risk! coz, firmware may sometime harm your phone n your phone might not start next time....n not only that coz your warranty will expire after you upgrade your phone.....n lastly u might not get any firmware for your samsung metro! anyways, wish you a very good luck for firmware search and for your dictionary too!!
