The Samsungs3310 mobile is a slim mobile.therefore,it has only less features loaded with it.FEATURES(Though it supports all features,some are missing,like your problem).

We cannot change the default memory storage to card.If we need to transfer any large files,we have to split it up into several megabytes.The phone memory is 256megabytes only.we can use any software that splits the file.
Consider we are transferring 500megabytes file,we have to split it into 250megabytes and another 250 megabytes to transfer the file to card.There is no option to transfer the files directly to card

What you need to do is take the battery out of the back, so that it is NOT on. Then you need to try to see if there is any dust, which you can just blow out. Now put the battery back in and power on. If it still isn't working, you need to bring it to get it fixed or get a new phone.

I thing, you need to allow or edit the permission settings of your phone. like the user data of your phone,Also, I would highly suggest you to contact your network provider and ask for the settings of your phone. they will ask what handset model you are using and they will send the settings right through your phone. All you have to do is to save it and activate. Please be reminded that for you to be able to connect to the internet, you mast have enough balance.

Change your download setting to memory card. Its default is in phone so your experiencing that problem... If you dont know how to change it. Here's another option:

• Free some space in your phone memory..
• Then download some files
• after downloading, transfer hat file in your memory card. (This is ti fee again the memory in your phone)

When your phone starts to give a fault like screen going off, it is only attached to 2 causes.
1, the phone might be having a hardware problem and need to be checked by an expert. The flex cable that connects the screen to the main board might be having partial contact, what the expert needs to do is to resit the flex properly or replace the flex.

2. The problem might be from a software problem, caused by some virus contacted from other devices like laptops, phones, downloads etc. The solution to that is to have the phone flashed with the appropriate software.

Whichever it is, have the phone flashed first before resitting the flex.

I seems that your phone's firmware is damaged. I'll recommend you to update your phones firmware.
To do so, you need to have the USB data cable of your phone. If you have it, kindly navigate to this link, download, install and run the application. Follow the instructions to update your phones firmware.
NOTE: Your phone will be as in "Out of the Box Condition" All data will be loss, so better move it to memory card and remove it before updating.

Hi,when a memory card does not detect on phone, it simply because the the memory card you inserted into the phone is not properly fixed or the memory card you inserted into the phone is damaged,that's when if doesn't detect the memory card on the phone.

You can insert the memory card inside a card reader or a friends phone that uses the same memory card type to confirm if the memory card is not damaged yet.

I guess that will solve the problem.

Even I had same problem and getting the exact error message. Look for "SMS Service Center Numbers" with respect to your service provider(i.e O2, vodafone..etc) or you can call customer service might be they will provide the number.
Usually when you insert the SIM Card it should automatically take the settings. Anyways .. you can try your luck
