"LEFT CARTRIDGE INCORRECT" everything was ok

Re-seat the black cartridge and make sure it's properly inserted. If error continues, try to insert a different known working black cartridge to determine if the other is faulty.

Receiving cartridge error and consult

Remove both cartridges from your printer. Close the cover. Unplug and replug your printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reinsert one cartridge first. Close the cover. Check for any error. If none, open the cover and reinsert the other cartridge. Check for any error. Replace whichever cartridge is causing the error to display. Or you could try to insert a different known good cartridge to determine if the other is faulty.

Sometimes the ink cartridge carrier won't automatically move to its loading position even when the printer is on and the cover is open. Follow the steps below:

1. Unplug the printer from the power source.

2. With the cover open, hold the solid white strip that connects from the carrier assembly to the ink cartridge carrier and gently slide the cartridge carrier to the center of the printer.

3. Remove the used cartridges.

4. Load the new cartridges. Close the cover.

5. Plug the printer back to the power source.

Your cartridges probably needs cleaning. On the printer operator panel, press Setup button -> Maintenance -> Clean Cartridge. Your printer will then print a test page, forcing ink through the nozzles to clean dirts and possible clogs. You may also try to re-seat your cartridges. Or insert a different know good cartridge to determine if it's a faulty cartridge issue.

How do you clean your printhead?

There are many solutions for this, but a simple way of getting ink to flow again is by using Boiling water.
  1. Remove the cartridges from the printer, you can see the print head on the bottom of the cartridge.
  2. Simply fill a saucer with approx 2mm of just boiled water
  3. Place the print head in the saucer with the head in the water.
  4. Leave the head in the water for approx 2 - 5 Mins
  5. The Heat will assist in cleaning the head with out using any chemicals, and much better than the internal head cleaning process on the printer itself.
I hope this helps, If so rate this answer below Thank You for supporting the Fix-Ya Community Regards GM

How do i connect my laptop to printer over a

First you want to make sure your printer has wireless capability. If yes, you want to make sure wireless is turned on. Log into your wireless router, and go DHCP section to find out what IP that assigned to printer. Once you know the IP, you can change the port of printer to that IP via control panel and printers and faxes. Good luck and let me know if need additional help.
