Have you tried right clicking on the device, selecting uninstall, and rebooting the computer? This will force Windows to reinstall the driver and often times will solve issues such as this.
Lexmark Z715 will not print but computer says it is printing
The Z715 needs a #50 black ink cartridge and a working color cartridge to print. To check if there ios ink coming out of your black or color cartridge touch the bottom of it to a paper towel and if you see a solid black blob or 3 blobs of Yellow, blue and red for the color then your problem is else where. If U are printing stuff from the internet sometimes the printer will try to use the color cartridge to print this so even though the black is working it comes out blank if the color is dry
Won't send fax
Make sure you have a dial tone and note, many fax machines will not send over a Voip line.
Paper will not feed
Hi, maybe there is still a little bit of jammed inside that you can\'t see. Try to see if there is and clean it. If you\'re sure there is no paper jam whatsoever, then there is a conflict with your feeding sensors or your cartridge isn\'t properly installed.kind regards
Cartridge error
It insists there is a Cartridge problem on the Printer............ In this Case take out the Paper from the Paper Feed Tray........ Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer.......... Remove both the Cartridges from the Printer.......... Now take a size 10 Envelope fold it so that it should become like a thin long strip........ Now Insert that Envelope on the left side corner of the Printer and move it from right to left and left to right as fast as u can for about 10 times.......... Now Insert the Ordinary Papers onto the Printer and insert both the catridges and Turn on the Printer...... Blinking Stopped...........Issue Resolved....... Still Blinking: Remove both the Cartridges take a Paper Towel turn the catridges direction so that u can see a Copper plate with small boxes on it....... Just wipe it twice or thrice with the Paper Towel.......... Now insert it and Power on the Printer and see whether the Lights are still blinking if it is still blinking...... Good Luck!!!!!

Black cartridge error
First, check to see that a toner cartridge is in fact installed.Open the toner access panel and remove the cartridge. Check to see if it is indicating that it is empty. If so, replace the toner cartridge and wait for the error message to clear as the machine prepares the new cartridge for printing.
