That is definitely a manufacturers error. If it has been less than a year since you purchased it i would contact them. They will send you to a service center. If it cant be fixed they will replace your tv. It is all covered by them. If it is past a year its honestly not worth fixing it, You can find name brand 32 inch tv's for less than 250 while fixing it would cost around 150.

go to the tv menu. From there it will have options. Go to the one where it says channel scan or signal scan. Run the scan. It will take around 5 to 10 minutes. That should fix it.

bad switch... easiest fix is to just disconnect manual controls and just use remote. buttons go bad from lack of use and do this pretty often.

if no stand by power indicator in the front panel it was an indication of power supply failure. replace blown fuse at the same time you must check other component that cause the fuse to blow. like shorted fet transistor and bridge type diode.
