There are two green lights

Why cant i cant recieve a picture or sound.all i get is the power button on front blinks off and on
These blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Does the sharp Aquos LC-52 support HDCP? I have
DISH Network blocks multiple video outputs on all PPV and most premium content to prevent recording, and they will tell you it is a TV issue. Ensure that your receiver only has one video cable coming out, to only one device (ie HDMI to the TV) and try again.
Sharp LC-52SE94U shuts down and restarts automatically
There is a software update for this model via the Sharp website. Included is a link to the compressed folder. Once you uncompressed the folder there are instructions in the folder on how to install the update. It doesn't specifically say this is a fix but as a TV technician personally its the fist thing I would try.

Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator board / replace the board as card basis.

Volume does not work with
Tries take the remote aparts,if can,some u can't they're tighten and latches from the inside.Take a rag soak it with some rubbing achahol and clean the PCB board and the inner rubbers plastics knobs on the sheet of rubber plastics that make coonntact to the PCB board.U tries take out the battery awhile and put in a brand new set of battery,remote might work for the volume button again.If not the volume control pad rubber knobe inner plastic pad that press down on the circuit board might be worn out or not making good contact anymore to the PCB circuit board.Or the remote control CPU chip are slowly shorting out the first command it take out was ur remote volume control functions.Try website like Remotes.com to buy another the tv original remote.
