If your Acer won't even work with a USB KB, you might try activating OSK (the On Screen Keyboard) but even if it works, I'm not sure that's help to know. I suspect either malware or a hardware problem. If hardware, I doubt you'd want to replace the motherboard to fix the problem and that's probably what you'd need to do.

(this is what i found to try and help you out.but make sure you read all of it before you try it,and you do so at your own risk). when you first power the computer on and you see the Acer splash screen. hold ALT and tap F10 at the same time. it should say either "windows is loading files" or "starting acer recovery" it will bring you to a screen that asks you "how do you want to restore?" choose :"restore to factory default" and click continue. it will start automatically for you and take about 20-30 minutes. make sure the NB stays plugged in the entire process and you will be back to when you first bought it. or go to this link and see if you find anything to help you out. aspire 4315 2490 factory restore Google Search
