Wont turn on

It could be that there is an issue with the device's firmware (or a file on it has is causing problems). Download the firmware install from here: http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2558

Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the install.
Be sure to back up any important media before performing this install.

If your computer does not recognize it, press and hold the play button while connecting the device for upwards of 30 seconds. If that does not work then it is likely the player is unrecoverable.

How can I download videos to my player rca-to

You need to use the RCA easyRip software. It has a Player Loader module that automatically does the video conversion so your device can play it. As long as the video can be played in Windows Media Player, the Player Loader module should be able to convert and transfer it and your device should be able to play it.

For additional detail about how to use the Player Loader, run the easyRip software and click on the Help module (the icon with the '?' on it) and find the Player Loader section.
