Why do all of my pictures turn out blurry?

Either the autofocus does not work any more, or you are not allowing time for the camera to focus and shoot when you try to take a quick snapshot and then move the camera. With these digitals, you should press the shutter button HALF way down to allow the camera to focus, the an LED by the viewfinder will change color to tell you to finish pressing the shutter button. A quick snapshot as with a film camera is fast, but because a film camera is very quick you usually get good results. Not so with a digital camera.

No Time/Date stamp on Sony DSC-T77

UGGHH I have the same problem with this camera.. I called Sony and found out that although there is a datestamp when you view the photo's on your camera they do not print off on the photo The very thick accented guy said that a lot of people did not like the function of datestamping SO THEY REMOVED IT I couldn't believe it but he told me that the only way to get the date on there is to add the date myself on EACH phott using the CD that came with my camera Soo now that my husband and I are back from Vegas I have 400 photos to datestamp?? wtf SOO not worth the $300 I paid for this camera.. what a rip!

I turn off the flash

That solution does not work on the T77.
I have the same problem and this is how I solved it.
Press the Menu button on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Go to the second page (2/3) select the "REC MODE" (it is the firrst choice)
Select your mode as normal and not burst and then exit the menu.
Now you should be able to activate the flash from the screen..
Hope it works for you as it did for me.
