This problem, i.e, the videos keep stopping and starting is mostly due to a slow internet connection.
To resolve this issue, kindly let the video download completely before playing the video.
To do this, click the "Pause" button (shown by red arrow in the attached image) on the video bar and let the pink colored bar (shown by green arrow) fill up entirely.
When the pink bar fills up completely, click the "Play" button. (See below image)
Now the video playback will be smooth and without any breaks.
