1. Click the X button to close the Command Prompt.

if you have forgotten password-click on forgot password. you had to have security questions to answer when you first signed up.if this dont help, i say call yahoo.

i believe you have to register that email address on your kindle first.you should have a screen that says all the email addresses connected to your kindle. just make sure its listed.
