I surmise the credentials and preferences file for that account is corrupted at the Yahoo server. Try clicking the forgotten password link to request a new password. Changing the password may compel the e-mail server to re-write the file and possibly repair the corruption. If that doesn't work, you'll have to try to get a human at Yahoo to intervene.

I believe you have chosen 1 type of account and now because you have done it yourmail plus account is not available you will have to go to yahoo site and search for an answer I have found that if a program works the way you want do NOT upgrade it as problems can occur and files lost

Your best bet may be checking with Yahoo mail support as its powered and provided by them. It may not be your computer that is the problem. Did you have the Caps Lock key on? Normally it is indicated by a light on the keyboard with a capital A beside it. The userid will work, but the password will fail as it is case sensitive. Good luck, Paul

right click on the inbox heading that will allow you to put a new folder in the list under inbox give it a name from there you click and drag e-mails to that folder basically if you want specific folders for certain e-mails you can open and name as many folders as you want

Sometimes the username is not sufficient to satisfy the log in and the full email address has to be entered @yahoo.com

IF this is in regards to browser based email, you may have a browser setting that is clearing that cache and cookies after each session. It is a persistent cookie that keeps the client logged on. What browser are you using?

careful here as it could be a scam if it is not your e-mail or you are not addressed by your name , suspect a scam check the sender address in the top and if it is not google .com it is a scam and just delete it

You need to open gmail email account and check your email after sending process and activate your accout but you can Activate via Mobile call or SMS
