Yes. if no one has bid yet, raise the starting bid to the agreed upon price. When the cbuyer places that bid, end your auction. In the process of ending, one of the options will be to sell to the current high bidder. Another way is to edit the auction to a Fixed Price auction at the agreed price, and the intended buyer can just buy it outright.
How to change my password
Go to ebay.com and try and log in to your account. After you log in, It should automatically ask you to change your password, and provide instructions.
If you do not get the change-password instructions, to to MyEbay > Account(tab) > Personal Information. You should see a group called Account Information. Within that group will be an Edit link for your password. Click that, and follow instructions.

somebody sniped your bid at the last second most likely unless Ebay took it off the last second. Check your "not won" box on the left of your summary column to check on all bids placed by clicking on the total bids showing that were made

Change my password for ebay
- In the top left corner of the screen, you see your name and a tiny menu arrow. Click on the menu arrow.
- Click on Account Settings.
- At the left, you see a box with My eBay Views. Under it, see My Account. Below that, click on Personal Information.
- Now you see Personal Information. Below that is Account Information. Under that, about the third line down, you see Password. At the far right is a hot button. Click Edit.
- You will have to log in, again, in the next screen.
- On the next screen, you will see 3 boxes. In the top one, type your current password. In the next two, type your new password. You might want to learn about passwords, before you choose your new one. You can get hints from eBay by clicking on the "secure password" hot button. If not, follow directions and enter your new password.
- Don't forget to write your new password down in a safe place, in case your forget!
