Either go to a pride dealer and get the proper job switch or look on eBay or Maplin for a similar. Check current rating of switch. Make sure you disconnect the batteries before attempting this job.
No guarantees ... but you might first find the manufacturers plate on the scooter to get the model and serial number ... then call/contact Pride (go to pridemobility.com for contact options - see link below) to see if they can then tell you which year it was made. hi Kelly, please count the number of times it flashes then there be a pause and it will repeat.
If the flashes are continuous never pause then that the controller telling you the batteries are getting low.

hi John, have the brushes been checked making sure they are not sticking inside the motor brush holder,
At worse it could be the wigwag pot, try moving the wigwag lever in the upwards or downwards direction as you go forward , be gentle to see whether that improves things, if it does , you require a new throttle pot.

hi, When you first start to go forward you should hear a clicking sound and once again when you stop, its the magnetic brake releasing, it stops you rolling on hills etc once you stop.

Just a thought, I know nothing about your cart but in cars when the battery voltage is getting low newer cars start cutting unnecessary voltage. You say your battery is charged but how good is it if the battery is charged but low could the lights be a computer way of saving voltage.

I have one of these, as well as having had several different "Go-Go" models - none of them has had the back up reverse beep feature. You can, however, do it manually with intermittent beeps on the horn while backing up if you aren't needing both hands while backing up (not advised though) ;o)

the answer is to have them service to check for water in the windings
The major problem will be water in the electrics because the batteries are connected and that sets up electrolysis in the circuits which corrodes away wires and contacts
All kinds of batteries don't like to be dischargedone to 0%. Most types won't recover from that. Try to charge aND discharge few times but if that won't help then is time for new batteries
