have the batteries checked, there are two gel cell 12 volt batteries, that if one or both will not hold a charge, they will fail on incline as the load on the chair is greater going up hill. Test this out by trying a hill near your house. I had to change one of the batteries in another model Pride that my wife uses for the same problem. The one battery would not hold a charge.

Has your scooter been sitting idle for several weeks, or has it been connected to the charger 24 hours a days for a long time? If so, the batteries may have become damaged and will give you enough power to turn the controller on but not enough to make the motors run.
If the lights come on and are steady, the manual brake levers are in the drive position and the chair still will not move, I recommend replacing the batteries. If anything else were wrong, either the lights would flash or not come on at all.
I hope this information is helpful to you, good luck!

The AAM advanced actuator module is usually located on the back of the Jazzy 600. Remove the 4 screws holding the cover on the AAM and check that all the connectors are plugged in and not backed part way out. If the PWC is running then the joystick buss connector to the AAM and buss cable from the AAM to the base controller is OK. The other connectors usually get pulled out or at an angle and make poor contact. Check that the AAM is vertical with the mounting hardware tight on the back because there is an inclinometer in the module to sense the position of the back. If you find no problem with the mechanical mount and electronic connectors, find a technician (your dealer) who has a hand held programmer for further troubleshooting. Under the AAM cover is a bypass circuit board and jumper leads to run the actuators in case of AAM failure. Hope this helps.

sounds like problem with joystick, however, you may try checking the cable from rear of the joystick which runs under the seat, make sure its plugged in and not damaged.
Upon power up, 3 red LEDs flashing rapidly continously, no power.
The control systems on power mobility equipment have a "prevent" circuit that immobilizes the equipment while it is plugged into a charger, so folks won't take off with it plugged into the wall outlet. When you turn it on when plugged into a charger, the display will flash constantly, or sweep constantly, depending on the manufacturer. This is normal. Your off-board charger should have a red light to indicate power to the charger, and another light for the charge status. Yellowish means it is charging, when it turns green, you are fully charged. If the status light is green all the time, that is an indication that the charger is not functioning properly, or that the batteries are below a chargeable state. Check charger output, which should be 26-28 volts dc, and each battery should show at least a 12 volt reading, but around 13.5 volts with a full charge. If one or both of the batteries drops below 12 volts after a short period of time, it's time for a fresh pair. Fully charge new ones before using the chair.
Pride Zero Turn 10 - 4 beep code randomly while driving.
It is called the "current limit time out." Apparently the battery needs to recuperate or adjust its charge across the cells. That is another question. What it needs is a few minutes to be turned off. I know this from seeing the manual.
