Somewhere on the nozzle there is a lock. You must properly seat and lock the nozzle. Otherwise, guess what happens.

If you have done all this, I must surmise the lock is broken or has dirt in it.

Clean it real good - wash it out with water - and try again.

The lance hose that attaches to the pressure washer keeps coming off when the power to the machine is turned on, i've only used this product four times since new in January this year.

Had the same problem and it turned out to be an obstruction in the nozzle and I mean a small obstruction, it looked like an ant leg. I pushed a 1mm drill bit through and now it works fine.

up end the unit and get to the sump plate of the pump remove the big screws that hold it on and there is a big"O" ring that is the seal replace that "O" ring and use silastic blue sealer and reassemble it

If the unit has seen a few tens of hours of work, it may be the brushes. My unit was going fine, then for a minute or 2, it was like someone was winding the inlet power down then back up. Then it stopped and would not start. I replaced the brushes and it now runs as it did. Several 10's of hours old, but not ready for the scrap pile yet.

the seal in the plunger valve of your wand is bad or possibly it froze and cracked...either way to work on it far exceeds the cost of a new one so you will just save yourself time and money by buying a new wand at a local dealership...good luck

If it is popping off from machine side, the outlet thread could be damaged. This both on the machine and on the hose. If it is popping out at the gun end, there must be a clip that holds it in place missing. This I am assuming that you have the right hose for the right machine. Using hoses not intended, will cause a lot of problems. Even actual hoses, they never should be modified. Regards. MG.

Peter , sorry to say but there is no replacement parts for that lance , you just replace the entire thing

Run a search on the internet; usually they pop up.

This is could be the capacitor that has failed. The capacitor gives the motor the initial kick in the right direction to get it started. You can confirm it is a failed capacitor and that the motor is still ok by flicking the fan blades with a stick in the direction it should spin just as you switch the pump on. The pump should run normally. You can get them off Amazon or ebay for around 5 Pounds (GBP)

This could be because the motor/pump has seized. It is also possible that there has been insulation or waterproofing has broken down. Stop using the machine and take to a service center.

check your lance nozzle is not blocked... Remove the lance from the trigger assy and see if you have water coming through then. If you do then the nozzle is blocked :@)
