Hello. Unfortunately GerberGear division of Fiskars Brands Inc is about the only company that handles replacement parts and/or repairs. Your product should still be under warranty, (I believe most multi-tools are lifetime status) and warranty repairs are almost effortless. They have divisions globally, as I am unaware of your location - I am including the link to the North American site for contact information.
