Possibly over/under fueling

Check the tank vent, could be creating a vaccum in the tank and starving the machine of fuel

Pull cord or strimmer cord.?

Most likely a fueling issue.

Are the drive shafts engaged properly? you need to remove all the plastic engine covers and handle to access the clutch. I can send you the IPL if you need it.

Check exhaust isnt carbonized, check fuel tank vent and holes in fuel line, check ignition module spacing.

Unscrew the 4 screws from around the primer, the primer and the primer base should just pull off, there will be a diaphram under neath.

Could be piston rings or base gasket, that seems very low compression.

Possible timing issue, or vaccum in the fuel tank,check fuel tank vent.

The cultivator should have the female part at the joining part of the engine shaft. Have you got the shaft in the wrong way round?

Is it priming? Is fuel getting into the cylinder? Check fuel lines for air leaks.
