I am an authorized DeWalt and Black and Decker dealer and that tool does not come up in my listings. If it is a non USA spec tool I can not access break downs or wiring diagrams for it.

It does not appear to be reversing. If it was it should have a lever right above the switch. Not worth much either since parts are no longer available to repair it.

i need rechargeable external battery . It looks good.

centre pin on plug socket is usually positive...think I would **** it and see ....if the replacement charger has a charge light it will probably not light if you have reversed polarity. Had the same problem with VHF portables ...I just cut the wire on new charger and tried both options ..reconnected and a bit of tape...voila.There is little danger to your drill from getting it wrong as long as a the timing is relatively short.
