Three year old Black &

There might be a power loss in the mains lead. Mowers aren't renown for substantial power leads but your mower is rated at 12 amps which not only requires a substantial power lead, the longer the lead is the greater the power loss the lead will cause and the more substantial the lead should be. As a rule of thumb if minimal power loss is required the cross sectional area of the cable should be doubled every ten metres - completely impractical, therefore some power loss has to be expected. The commonly used series wound motor is light and powerful and produces lots of torque when it is working hard at reduced speed but produces little power at maximum revolutions so introducing it to work will always result in a speed reduction. You are complaining of a speed reduction where mowing is harder work. I suggest you service the motor, ensure the blade is sharp and thoroughly inspect the power lead and raise the mower bed a little where the cutting is the hardest and you will have done all you can reasonably do.

When i start cutting grass for few minutes my lawnmower will trip the house breaker that is a problem

You may have an electrical circuit you are plugged into that has too many things running on it. Like appliances etc. To run an electric mower you should have a separate line right from the electrical panel as the mower does draw a lot of power. Most older homes are not wired to run these things. Sometimes a person will hook into a receptacle closest to the outside where they want the hydro run outside and they do not know what all is on that line.

How to adjust the height of the mower

If you mower does not have adjusters on the wheels then there should be three holes where the wheels are bolted onto the base. to adjust these you have to take each wheel off and bolt them in the same hole for each wheel. The top holes are the lowest the mower can be set the middle ones bring it up part way and the bottom hole is the highest setting. You should set the mower to cut at least two and a half inches above the ground. The center holes should be good.

I have Black and decker electric lawn mower does not start

one of the problems i found with electric detectors was that they do not tell you if there is a break in the neutral cable so you could have a break there, another problem is that the levers can break inside the cover giving the impression that it should work but is not making contact with the switch ,hope this helps

Lawn mower runs, but moter runs slow and smells

If it has bhushes (90%), they may need to be replaced. Or the rotor may have been fried. You better start with the brushes, they are cheaper.

I cannot stop electric motor and drive shaft and

The safest way to do this is to use a blade holder that you may be able to purchase from a parts store. It clamps to the side of your mower deck and keeps the blade from turning.

Can i convert a 12v cordless black and decker mower to electric

I assume you mean convert it to corded, connected to the mains; cordless is electric as well.
It is possible but there are conversion losses as compared to using a 'native' AC corded mower motor.
It also depends on why you want to convert it. If you find the battery unit underpowered, adding a 12v power supply and cord will not solve that, it will just extend the run-time to continuous, assuming the motor does not overheat, as it is probably designed to match the battery run length for on/off cycle times.
You could consider trading, or selling yours and buying a corded mower.

My Black and Decker stops cutting when I push it 2 feet. Happens more frequently in tall grass than shorter grass. How can I get it to cut consistently without cutting out?

make sure the blade is sharp as well that will reduce the work load on the motor
