The needle on the Sphygmomanometer
This will happen sometimes, if the BP Cuff has been dropped and the gauge gets stuck. Have you tried tapping on the gauge with your finger, to get it to return to 0 ? Also. be sure the thumb screw air valve is fully open and the cuff is completely deflated. The gauge is easily replaceable, if necessary. Just contact the manufacturer of your BP Cuff or if you prefer Sphygmomanometer.
Thanks for choosing FixYa.
I just tried to send
Valerie, have you tried tapping on the gauge with your finger? Usually, that will cause it to release and return to zero. Also, make sure you have purged all the air out of the cuff and that the finger screw is completely open.
If all that fails contact the manufacturer, A&D Engineering aka Life Source (800) 726-709, as your B cuff has a 2 year warranty.
Hope this helps you solve the problem.
How many protein bars should I eat per day?
Go with whole food proteins or quality whey shake. Make sure you know what you are eating, Cliff is probably one of the highest rated ones, so two bars would be fine along with normal meals. Whey protein is a naturally complete protein, meaning that it contains all of the essential amino acids required in the daily diet.
Whey protein is a rich source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), containing the highest known levels of any natural food source. BCAAs are important for athletes since unlike the other essential amino acids, they are metabolized directly into muscle tissue and are the first ones used during periods of exercise and resistance training.
Whey protein provides the body with BCAAs to replenish depleted levels and start repairing and rebuilding lean muscle tissue.
