When you switch it on, watch the breaker trip. Does it slowly move to off? That is a lazy breaker and needs replacing. People use breakers as switches and they are not made for that, so they wear out. If the breaker snaps straight to off, you have a short to earth. Look for water around the electrics particularly at the pump. If you can't see anything obvious, call out a pool electrician to diagnose and fix. If you're getting a service system light with the pump on full and good water pressure out of the jets, then you might have a problem with the pressure switch in the heater.

Hi @Vahe, I had same question. I thought its looking for a physical key or something. But what the UI is saying is, you have pressed an invalid key, this key does not have any meaningful action in the current operation/setting you are performing. Nothing wrong with your pump, check the product manual or youtube videos regarding what you are trying to configure.

You are the only one there. You can try dryng it out and see if it works. if it does good if not replace it. Personally I would Buy a new one and never look back.

Spray the plunger with Garage Door Lubricant. The warranty is a year, so try claiming on it. Add a few months to the installation date. You bought all the hardware including the heater, and then started digging the ground. The Applicable Warranty Period is one (1) year from the Purchase Date or 90 Days on the Heating Element. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper water chemistry. The warranty will be void if the heater is not installed by a licensed technician, or the heater has been installed on a soft sided pool.

My EasyTouch was set to "Man. Heat>ON". Once I turned that off, it worked from ScreenLogic.

Pressure gauges last a long time. When a gauge fills with water, it is usually from an outside source, like rain or getting wet. A gauge can be purchased at your local hardware, just get the same pressure reading and the identical size threaded connection. Make sure there is no pressure in the system, unscrew the old gauge, put dope or tape on the threads of the new one and screw it in.

ado is a code for stack flue temp set up if you look at a pentair chart you can find the procedure to change that

Hi there! Either the buttons are dirty, broke, or damaged in a way that the button is not making contact or the digital circuitry inside has failed. There are no user serviceable parts inside of almost all heaters. You are being advised to not attempt to fix it yourself. All heaters have fail safe/s that typically will keep them from starting a fire when they malfunction so it should be fine to continue to use. Good Luck Mr.Mike
