The problem is in your plumbing. Someone put a valve in an incorrect position. I would have to see a picture of your plumbing but if you can follow the flow of water. When you put it in spa mode, look at which valves turn and which ports open up. If it is doing anything other then sucking water from the spa and returning it only to the spa, then that is why it is draining. Again it would be great if you had a picture. What I have seen before is somebody plumbing in the pipe for a pool cleaner after the valve that send water to the spa. This would result in water from the spa slowly draining out of the pool sweep line. Good luck.

There is NO WAY to override freeze protection. Removing the air temp sensor when in spa mode via a relay may be your only option.

turn off aqualink then turn back on then turn intelliflow on it should see it also works with heaters

go to system set up then go to program then either edit or delete

make sure 4 pin red plug is plugged into PCB board also check to see if wire is cut

go into system set up lights highlight your lights save then turn everything offf then back on they should sync

if it is on the aqualink it is the one hoseclamped to the pipe coming from the pump if the temp sensor on the heater it is mounted to the header of the heat exchange

not required unless hooked into seats and have a blower option

change cell

go into one touch function remove what you dont want to come on

go to aqualink and put it in auto mode

make sure 4 pinred plug is plugged in all the way and not loose if ok bad controller board

shutoff aqualink then turn back on then turn heater on should be ok

go into system setup highlight time and date then change

yes it is behind the top panel board should be 9volt if newer on back of PCB board there will be a nicade battery that holds time and date

connect the firemans switch to the heater pins 1 and 2 on the long green plug then enable the heater on the one touch make sure heater is set to highest setting make sure wires go to pool and com then it will work your aqualink will control heat settings

go to system set up and set the back light
