Jacuzzi Submersible Pump, 12 Gpm 3/4 Hp 2 Wire - Answered Questions & Fixed issues

I tried to find the Astra Padova Venus 1000 model without any luck.

All motors have a nameplate. It is either metal or a sticker. If you can provide the manufacturer, cat # and/or part number from the nameplate on the _pump_ motor we should be able to look it up.
The nameplate will look like this: http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.poolcenter.com/images/centmagnameplate.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.poolcenter.com/pumps.htm&usg=__uOeUWPwZjFnmO8F2KNl3n-k3GIM=&h=417&w=488&sz=32&hl=en&start=15&zoom=1&tbnid=cSU5ie-8i0stWM:&tbnh=123&tbnw=155&ei=NCHCTc-2OYXB8QPY67zbBQ&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dmotor%2Bnameplate%2Band%2Bdiagram%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DG%26biw%3D974%26bih%3D574%26gbv%3D2%26site%3Dsearch%26tbm%3Disch0%2C603&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=122&vpy=222&dur=1346&hovh=207&hovw=243&tx=120&ty=125&page=2&ndsp=15&ved=1t:429,r:10,s:15&biw=974&bih=574

or this: http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://cr4.globalspec.com/Postimages/200806/plate_8FFEC316-C1AD-E7D4-12F4D8893E3B3351.jpg&imgrefurl=http://cr4.globalspec.com/thread/22534&usg=__xoRIlDqFgJKXrzCEZMK9inJ8mco=&h=400&w=300&sz=43&hl=en&start=60&zoom=0&tbnid=F7ZNda5M1zMivM:&tbnh=124&tbnw=93&ei=kCPCTcHDLMq48gO-0fDMBQ&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dmotor%2Bnameplate%2Band%2Bdiagram%26hl%3Den%26sa%3DG%26biw%3D974%26bih%3D574%26gbv%3D2%26site%3Dsearch%26tbm%3Disch0%2C1486&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=658&vpy=339&dur=1287&hovh=124&hovw=93&tx=79&ty=107&page=5&ndsp=16&ved=1t:429,r:3,s:60&biw=974&bih=574

Many times the wiring diagram for the motor is on the motor nameplate. Also, look on the reverse side of the cover for the connection box on the pump motor, as sometimes that's where one will find the wiring diagram for the motor.

Air trapped in the fuel filter is normal. Air bubbles in a fuel line would imply a cracked fuel line.

Likely the recoil starter is kaput. Removing spark plug so there's no compression, then pull starter. If it's still hard pull, remove recoil starter assembly and spin engine by hand. If engine spins freely, replace recoil start.

Familiarize yourself with fender deck footrest attachment points.

You have to remove the seat and the fender deck footrest. Pedals, cut height adjuster knob and whatever else.

Probably switch is bad and should be replaced. Temporarily you could short wires going to the switch but you have to remember that you no longer will have that safety feature and machine could be started without operator on the seat or could drive itself when operator is no longer on the seat.

Many factors are involved. The abrupt change in environment is the most likely cause. This includes sunlight, soil moisture, relative humidity, and ambient temperature.

It could also be if the entire plant was in full bloom (no immature buds) it ran through it's normal bloom cycle.

So it's difficult to say which of the many factors are the main problem.
