We found a repairman!!
Our 10 yr old EMS-9 Interactive Health chair just stopped working about 6 mos ago. After getting no help at all from Interactive Health, except to buy a new chair (!), we finally found a man who fixed it. It was a pinched wire in the remote. A simple fix. He tried to charge us only $20.00! (We gave him much more, it was worth it) We love this chair! You would think that the company would be more forthcoming with repair options if they want people to recommend their products. Anyway, hope this helps someone else too. Hope it is still under warranty. Need new board and possibly more. My parents bought a similar chair and it failed with many issues to fix. Tech replaced all the electronics. Good luck.

Have you checked to see if the main on/off switch on the back of the chair got pushed to the off position by accident? It's near the bottom of the back of the chair.
