Low speed circuit on carb is blocked. You can try using fresh fuel with some high quality cleaner added and run it through and see if it clear. Otherwise it means the carb has to be removed for cleaning. Which is especially hard these days with the EPA carb plugs on the mixing needles. These plugs are to minimize tampering by owners. You need to be a licensed shop with the tools to adjust the carbs and then put new tamper plugs on nowadays.. Be safe and good luck!

Either your fuel line broke and fell off in the tank or your carb is plugged up and needs to be cleaned. The fuel line can be checked by first dumping the fuel out and looking into the tank. If you see the fuel lines are both intact *(one is long and one is short but both terminate inside the tank) then you probably need to get the carb off and clean it out. Be careful not to use compressed air on the carb as it is delicate. Use a can of carb cleaner only and look into replacing the fuel inlet screen. They come with carb service kits you can buy online for a few bucks. Be safe and good luck!

The screen was full of gas? Or was that the intake filter? If the carb is moving this much fuel then I would check for spark. You said you replaced the plug but maybe it is the ignition module that is bad. You dumped the fuel first which is the best thing! Try starting with the intake filter off as well. See if the carb is spitting back out the intake. This is a sign the carb may have a checkvalve stuck open. Which will flood it like crazy and prevent starting as it fouls the spark plug. Also....you can dump all the fuel and just put enough in to make it sputter and see if that works. Then you know you have a carb issue without flooding it. Be safe and good luck!

This blower is fuel sensitive! Gas and oil mixture has to be correct. Too much oil will cause carbon buildup in the cylinder. In my case my blower would not start after several uses this season. I checked EVERYTHING....spark, fuel delivery, air filter.....then checked the flywheel which has no separate key....the key is cast into the flywheel. Read somewhere about the carbon buildup so took the cylinder off and viola! The piston ring was firmly stuck in the piston groove plus the cylinder was carbon scored. I tried to gently pry the piston ring free but it was so firmly stuck, it broke. Not worth fixing. Take the muffler off and you will be able to see the piston ring....use a small pick or something to see if the ring is free. If not, proceed to tear down or throw out. I was able to see scoring on the piston and determine my ring was stuck this way. Remember the elements needed for successful ignition...fuel/air...spark....compression. Stuck ring = low compression. The last time you ran the blower the ring became stuck...the engine continued to run because of the engine rpm's but when you try to start at low RPM's, no luck.
