The clock on my touch pro 2 keeps going pa time
I had this same problem. I thought at first it was a cell tower issue. I
called US Cellular and asked. They said it was a known problem with
this phone. They had me go into Settings-All
Settings-Personal-Phone-CDMA services-Time Synchronization and click
"get settings" Then uncheck the "Time Synchronize with mobile network
automatically". Then I went and manually changed my time zone (on that
same screen click "Clock&Alarm"). It stayed on that correct time
zone.
BUT then I did some searching online and someone had said they manually
updated "QuickGPS", then updated the weather tab and everything went
back to normal. I noticed that I only had 4 hours left on QuickGPS. So
I updated it and then updated my weather and everything went back to
normal. I turned back on the network synchronization and everything
still stayed in the correct time zone. So, maybe it's an issue with
QuickGPS when it gets close to the end of it's time before it expires.
Just a thought.
How do i take off my passcode so people can add me
It is asking for passcode during making bluetooth connection. then do this: Enter any code in your phone then press OK, After it Other phone also will ask for passcode, then Enter same code(Which you have enter in your phone), then press OK.

My phone will not send or receive calls or texts.
It may be as simple as Turning the phone OFF and then ON again, or more complicated.
The other solution is to :
1. Contact the Service Provider.
2. Ask for the Billing Section.
3. Ask them to check that a BAR is not on the phone.
Phone companies BAR phones within days, if a phone bill is not paid on time and you have to call them to get it lifted. If you can't call from your phone, you will have to use a different one.
Be aware, that your Phone Provider may have an automated phone service, so you will have to call during business hours generally, and will have to go through the automated service until you get an option to speak with an operator.

Slide out keyboard not working on HTC Touch Pro
Take the battery out of the TP and then press down very hard on the spacebar. This will reconnect the flex cable and will fix it for the time being. But in the end a replacement will be needed.
Touch screen stopped working
This is a device issue, unfortunatley sometimes things break, you are going to need a new device. Contact your tech support department for an Advanced Exchange, or you insurance company if you have it for a new phone, or take it into your carriers repair center. No quick fixes for this issue.

I can't send or get e-mail when trying to use

The Mail tab is where you send and receive e-mail messages. Including Outlook E-mail, you can add up to four POP3/IMAP4 and web-based e-mail accounts in this tab.
To add an e-mail account
1. On the Home screen, slide your finger to the Mail tab.
2. If this is your first time to add an e-mail account, touch New Account on the bottom-right side of the screen.
3. Set up your e-mail account using the E-mail Setup wizard.
4. To add another e-mail account, touch Menu > Accounts > New Account and use the E-mail Setup wizard to set up your account.
For detailed instructions on setting up e-mail accounts using the E-mail Setup wizard, see Chapter 6.
To check e-mail
When there are new e-mails, the icon on the Mail tab and the respective icons of the e-mail accounts will show the number of newly received messages.
If you have installed the synchronization software on your computer and created a partnership with your device, then your device is ready to send and receive Outlook e-mail.
If you have not yet installed the synchronization software nor created a partnership, do so by following the procedures in Chapter 5.
Tip To set up your company e-mail account so that you can access Outlook e-mail messages wirelessly, you must set up your device to synchronize via an over-the-air connection with your company’s Exchange Server. For more information about synchronizing with your company e-mail server, see Chapter 7.
Add an e-mail account
To add a new e-mail account, you can do one of the following:
On the TouchFLO 3D Home screen, slide to the Mail tab and then touch Menu > Accounts > New Account; or
Tap Start > Messaging > Setup E-mail.
The E-mail Setup wizard then opens and lets you enter your e-mail account settings. See “E-mail Setup Wizard” in this chapter for details.
