Yes for sure. You need a certain amount of fat in your body to be healthy but you need to stick to 'good fats' such as olive oil, nuts, avocado and grains. These are unsaturated fats and we need this as party of a healthy diet.

Unsaturated fats such as fried foods are not healthy and should be avoided.

That is really a bit slow, average is 72, raising to 90 with age.. You need to see a physician. On a happier note, you could live years longer.

Yes, you need medication to lower it. The 89 is okay, but a figure of 140 is termed as high and needing treatment.

120/80 is the normal and desirable BP.

It sounds crazy...If someone tried it, let me know if you saw any effect. As for me, I use more traditional ways to combat dandruff. First of all, I always try to moisturise the skin of my head. Therefore dandruff will most likely not appear and hair will be stronger. Then, if I need I also buy medical shampoos. But it happens when the situation is bad. You can read the guidelines on https://www.canadapharmacy.com/ when to use those shampoos. And the last point, I take supplements for hair and nails when I feel the deficiency of vitamins.

Not entirely, and not for everyone, based on reviews that I saw.

Amazon reviews and other reviews suggest it does not work for everyone. Also, after stopping its use, it is said in review on Amazon that you will then lose hair. That would mean paying continually to keep hair.

You should know that this product works by increasing the amount of moisture in the skin but it also will shed the skin cells. I've never applied this before, but it seems to me that this product is a little bit aggressive and I don't want to have those side effects I've read about because my skin is too delicate. As for me, I will first try using some anti-dandruff shampoo I read about on https://www.canadapharmacy.com/. But, I'll also appreciate if someone shares their experience using ap ap solution.

Very good question. I have some experience with this having done a number of searches for a family member with depression. I have found that the individual's fit to the style of treatment is more important than an internet review or a national ranking. You should use knowledge of the patient to determine what you look at. First, treatment for PTSD can be different for a patient that has aquired PTSD from a recent trauma and has no other psychological diagnosis, or other nerve/brain related diagnosis. This is different than someone who has experienced longer term trauma and has what is called "chronic PTSD". Other considerations are age, ethnic or religeous preferences, and any issues with communication. For instance someone who has a strong preference for privacy and one-on-one treatment, or someone who feels that they need to be around others with similar illness and circumstances.
The big names in the country include Boston's Massechusettes General, the Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas, and the Mayo Clinic. These large organizations would have a lot more services available to consider other medical problems along with the PTSD, and may have a particular unit for specific diagnoses. They can be intimidating and seem too clinical for some people. There are a number of places that cater to specific diagnoses in the "mental illness" category. Sierra Tuscon was the gold standard for a long time. New management has changed the original character of the place, and, in my opinion, not for the better. Many of the smaller - and cozier - places are ideal retreat-like environments, but tend to cater more to addiction treatment even though they also treat other disorders. This is not necessarily bad, because most serious psychological issues require similar self discovery and creating a healthier, happier you.
There is also a huge expense differential as well as who might accept your insurance or make payment arrangements. Don't reject the government sponsored programs either. They usually have little or no glitz, and would include people of many different backgrounds, and all with valuable things to share from their own life experience and wisdom.
I recommend you start with deciding what you can afford, then a location. The location can be a very broad area, like the whole state, or more limited, like in your insurance network. Then compare all the programs for the factors above. You probably won't find the "perfect" place, but you do have choices. If you can, have a friend or relative help you with this search. A second pair of eyes can be valuable, and a second opinion, or third and fourth never hurts.

Ask a relative or trusted friend to help you reach medical clinic or doctor's office.

When to see a doctor

See your doctor if:

home treatment doesn’t help resolve your symptoms

the pain gets any worse over time

the pain happens suddenly without any obvious cause

you can’t walk or move your lower body without intense pain

you experience changes in your menstrual cycle or you miss a period

you see any unusual discharge from your vaginna
You should seek emergency medical help if, along with your groin pain, you experience:

blood in your urinne

pain spreading to your chest, abdomen, or lower back
a fever

nausea or vomiting

Your doctor may use one or more of the following tests to help diagnose the cause:

physical examination, including feeling around the area
X-rays to see transparent images of tissue in the groin
ultrasounds to see real-time images of groin tissues

magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to see 3-D images of the groin area

The bottom line

Left-sided groin pain isn’t always something to worry about. Mild injuries or minor infections can be treated quickly and easily.

But sudden, intense, or chronic pain may indicate an underlying cause that needs medical treatment. See your doctor as soon as possible if your groin pain disrupts your daily life or can’t be treated at home.

Rashes can be caused by allergic reactions to the skin or the shaving products you are using. If you believe this to be the case, try unscented products or products designed specifically for sensitive skin.

Clean your hearing aids using a soft cloth, tissue or proper cleaning tools to remove earwax, grease or moisture. Do not use water or solvents as these can damage the hearing aids. Store your hearing aids in a cool, dry place when not in use and leave the battery pack open to preserve battery power.
