Ratchet troubleshooting
Squeeze 4-5 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air fitting daily. If you use the tool all day, repeat the process half-way through the day. If you don't use the tool very often, just oil it when the tool is used.

Where do you oil the air ratchet
Put a few drops in the end where the air hose connects every time you use it. Put oil in the air inlet end and squeeze the trigger to force the oil through to lubricate the rotor vanes and bearings. Also do this before you store the ratchet in the drawer so that oil sits in the ratchet protecting the internals when not in use keeping the rust away.

At what torque should lug nuts be tightened
Instructions
-
-
1
Check the maximum pressure rating of the air tank. The rated
pressure is indicated in pounds per square inch (psi). If there is no
indication of limit on the tank, do not use it.
-
2
Drain any accumulated moisture from the compressed air tank
before filling. If the tank has no drain valve, you may skip this step.
-
3
Remove the cap from the fill valve. The valve is the same
size and type as used on automobile tires. The location of the valve
differs depending on manufacturer.
-
4
Attach the fitting of the air supply hose to the valve stem
of the air tank and depress the fitting firmly. If the air tank has its
own pressure gauge installed, keep a close watch to avoid
over-pressurizing. Wear safety glasses when filling the air tank.
-
5
Stop filling the air tank periodically and check the tank
pressure using an air pressure gauge if the tank does not have one
installed. As the air pressure in the tank increases, check more
frequently until the maximum amount is reached.
-
6
Remove the air supply fitting and replace cap.

Campbell Hausfeld air gun has air coming from the nose tip and no nails
If air is coming out from the nose tip but the nailer is not firing any nails, it could indicate a problem with the driver blade or piston assembly. Check if the driver blade moves freely and is not damaged. Make sure the piston assembly is properly aligned and lubricated. Also, check the nail magazine to ensure that it is properly loaded and the nails are the correct size for the nailer. If the problem persists, it may be necessary to take the nailer to a professional for repair.
