You can set up your router manually, without the CD.
Make sure that your computer is able to go online directly through the modem.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem
Then you need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.

Reset the router by following steps:

Look for the reset button on the back of your router. It will be a small button inset into the case. There should be a word "Reset" below the button.

Make sure that you are using the power adapter that came with the router.

Unplug and replug the power adapter from the router.

If there is still no power on the router, then you will need to replace the router.

On all wireless routers there are channel settings. If you phone is on the same channel, you may have problems with the router. Also make sure your base station to your phone is not next to the router. Its radio waves may cause interference. First thing to try is to change the channel number for your wireless router.
