Why will my saw not start, good spark new plug fresh gas

Sounds to me like a plugged up fuel line or old fuel in the fuel line. You may be able to clear it by spraying some starting fluid into the carb to pull the old fuel through. You only want to do this 2 times because this has no oil in it. Another suggestion it to remove the spark plug and put some of your fresh fuel mix directly into the chamber. About an eyedropper full should work.

What could be causing my chainsaw to die after about 5-10 minutes of heavy use, starts ok but bogs untill it cools down, runs well untill it gets warm again. outside temp now is about 5-10 degrees F

I've had similar on a Husky which went on to break a piston ring. Turned out to be a combination of 2 things. The exhaust nuts were lose allowing extra heat to get to the cylinder and the fuel mixture was too weak in terms of oil. First check you're using the correct fuel to oil 2 stroke mixture it does not hurt to add a little extra oil, I suggest trying 40:1 rather than 50:1. Then check the tightness of the exhaust bolts. If they take any tightening then you will probably find you need a new exhaust gasket. Replace if necessary but make sure you tighten the exhaust and re-check the tightness regularly! .

there should be a hole in the right side of the top handle that will allow your screwdriver to go in to the carb for the adjustment If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at https://www.6ya.com/expert/kelly_69a0cf1b13789df1

My chainsaw starts and runs fine. After a short time cutting it starves for fuel and cuts out. It will still idle. The carb has been rebuilt and no change.

Take it back to whoever did the carb work. There are two jets on those, an idle jet which can be adjusted for idle speed, and the power jet that kicks in when the saw is under work load. You still have a problem with the power jet, either needs adjusting 1/4 turn at a time until the saw stops killing under load, or the jet and assembly is bad.
