Kenwood KDC-BT838U Car CD Player Questions & Answers
Hands free phone stopped working
When I had this problem, I just held down the reset button on the face underneath the volume knob (look in the manual if you can't find it). It erased all of my visualization preferences, date, and time settings, but kept everything else and now my bluetooth works again. I hope this isn't something that happens often, cause it will get annoying to constantly be resetting the date/time and other stuff.

Kenwood KDC-BT838U -- Low audio on incoming phone calls only.
Patrick -
I have the reverse problem. Callers can hardly hear me.
I saw a setting in the headunit that allows you to specify where the audio plays for incoming calls. You can choose the Left Front Speaker, the Right Front Speaker or Both. Check the manual and make sure its set to both.
Regards,
Charlie

Device registry full
The only solution I've found to this is to do a reset by depressing the reset button on the face with a pen and setting everything up again.

Cant set the time on it
First your reciever must be in standby mode. Then, hit the menu button next to the directional joystick on the left. Scroll until you find "clock adjust" and then set the time with the joystick on the left.
