Yes I know, Sony are getting 1000's of complaints about the Hard-Drive cameras and the DVD, the problem is that Windows Vista & Win 7 have no camera drivers, they are working on it honest.

you will to ontact the customs office in Kiwiland for that answer. In most cases cleaning the hopper in warm soapy water and buying new filters is enough. Some places require a hospital grade detergent such as wESCODYNE be used to include the air hose(s). Please beware, the AC power in AU/NZ is 230 VAC, so you will need a step down power transformer to use it there. It could be the bad HDD, look for hdd's for ipod and replace it, they are compatible.

The only solution I can recommend is to find an iso of the disc, and mount it using DaemonTools in order to run it.
