Take it to an electrical repair outlet its a hardware issue with the firmware most likely - not user repairable.

go to the web site of board then download what you need from them at the support downloads ok

try a new one on both if dose not work againg then its the motherboard

Have you removed the seal on the in container ? it should be a little handle you can pull out on the container before you put it in your printer.

go under control panel then to sound then check the sewtting for mic
