If you want to do a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 10 minutes or so. This must make it a hard reset. you have faulty t-con board that need to be replace.

It is a normal bill.

It can be the screen or the T-CON board, you should check the ribbon cables between the screen and the T-CON board first but you must be real careful since they are ver delicate and hard to get to.

Even before you run the auto program you should see a picture when entering a channel below 13 when entering the numbers in the remote. If no picture shows check the signal source the center connector may be bent.
Another possibility is selecting ant 1 or 2 make sure you are selecting the correct input the check the picture then run auto program
