If it fell down, you changed hard disk and still get message "Herd Disk Not Found", probably you've got a problem in your Motherboard.. Take it ro a repair technician Hope you still have old hard disk. Check it as external disk on some other computer, maybe it's good!.

It really depends on the type of equipment you have. Does your laptop have a HTML port? And does your TV have a HTML port? You can google your Dell laptop on how to make the config settings for displaying on an external monitor (TV) for your particular laptop model.
