If not then you must open the notebook and check if there any visual damage in the card reader inside. the cheapest way to fix this is to buy a usb card reader, there plenty on the market for abou 10$ or 15$. Does it not power on at all.. logo screens, backlight, powerlight etc? If the answer is no... remove a/c adapter then battery.. hold down power button for at least a 1minute then put battery back... plugin A/C adapter then try to power on.
