Hi Noreen, check the capacity of internal memory sometimes there is no space available because of limited capacity on kilobytes only. It needs memory cards, try install new memory cards and it works.Best regards,Joel

Try these procedures.

What make and model DSLR?What kind of sound? Like a fan? A hard drive? Beeping? Music?Does the sound start when you turn on the camera? Or does it happen in response to some action on your part?

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

After downloading the photos to your computer then click on Date created at the top of the your picture folder. The photos will the sort by the date the photos were taken starting from the earliest date. If you click on Date created again it will sort by the latest date the photos were taken.

Hello, I don't know the model of your camera but it sounds like this indicator has been turned off in the system settings. Check the user manual to find how you turn it back on. Can't be a serious problem.Best Regards, Russell

Try formatting the card. There should be somewhere in the menu of your camera an option to format the card - this is different than erasing everything, it's like a total wipe of all information on the card. Give it a shot, might help!

Take the camera back, this is clearly a manufacture issue,

Remove the battery and memory card for at least 60 seconds, this should reset the processor.

If nothing change then reset the camera setting from the menuoption.After following all steps, if the camera doesnot start working then you need to visit service center for replacing the Lensor Repairing. But before repairing ask service center the approx cost. if theytold you to replacing the lens then do not do that. Because a new lens &service charge cost you near about a new camera price.
