You can download and install the Lexmark OCR scan software using the installation disc that came with your printer only. The software is not available for downloading online.If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center to request for one. Thanks.

I'm sorry for your Disc... try to use some software like this one Driver Update Software for XP Vista 7 8. I hope this helped. Thomas

You can download the Lexmark printer drivers from their support WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model printer to download :- http://support.lexmark.com/index?page=home&locale=EN&userlocale=EN_US&segment=DOWNLOAD

Make sure that you have the right SSID and password for your network. Also, try to powercycle your router and printer. Just unplug the power for about 30 seconds then plug it back in.If it still doesn't help, try to leave you network open without any password and check if the printer is able to connect. If it does, check if the wireless standard is set to b/g/n. If it is, set it to b/g.

Some times printer manufacturer provide print and scanner drivers separately, did you try to find "print driver"?Or... some times when you plug your device prior to start installation agent, it do not work until... you re-connect your printer in to other USB port. Try it!
