Hello, From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup. Then open Tools. Look around the tools menu to see if there is any language change. In the print option menu under more options or advanced you will see the set up for envelope printing.

Lots of printer manufacturers do all sorts of things to discourage refilling the cartridges. But they are to blame because those bastards over charge for ink - it is about 5000 dollars per gallon! Go to Google and check - there is a workaround for it - trust me. Good luck! (I refill also!)

Hello, Take the ink cartridge out and dab on a wet paper towel until the ink start flowing or the ink cartridge is bad or the print head needs to be cleaned on the printer.

unless you have a machine capable of printing both sides of a document you will have to scan one side then turn the page over to do the other side
