Contact your sim card service provider,They can replace the sim without losing any current balance with your same number.Otherwise,it is a waste.Good luck

How many tries have you made?? because for nokia mobile unlocking tries is restricted to 5 times and if you exceed those tries then you cannot unlock your mobile by unlock codes,you have to go for flashing...did you got any message like "0 tries left" ? if no then you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes..the safe and best way of unlocking is by unlock codes and my personal request is that don't go for software unlocking because sometimes the software might get corrupted and may your data will be lost due to that,its my bad experience so I went for unlocking by codes from here mobileunlocksolutions and unlocked.you can too try but see to that whether your country and provider is listed..because for some service only codes are available..check with that and if your country's provider is listed then get codes and unlock your mobile..before unlocking your mobile you can get clear instructions about how to unlock your mobile for that you can visit mobileunlockguide to get step by step instructions..

To reset your Nokia 6085 phone, do any of these depending on what you want exactly either to partial formatting or complete formating.
1. To do partial format,
Reset to factory defaults,Dial this code (*#7780#) ,that is Restores settings but preserves user data (photos, 3rd party apps etc)

2. To do a full reset,
type this on your phone(*#7370#) : This re-formats completely the C: drive (phone memory). All applications and files stored on this drive will be lost and clean default files will be rewritten.
To do a Hard reset,
1. Switch off the phone.
2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.
3. While holding these buttons, hold the power button for a second to switch on the phone.
4. Release when the phone shows the nokia hands logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.
It may take a few attempts and very flexible fingers!

you can get the codes from your service provider itself if your phone is 6 months. else you can purchase codes from third party vendors. i got one from here. Theunlockspot.com

Go to the main menu,select settings,then scroll down to configuration settings, select personal configuration settings, then options and choose delete

Try to do following step'
Just follow the steps
Take a full backup.

First Try it:
You may try default phone and security code to remove it
Defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 you can use it

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
If
Soft reset( factory setting)

On Sybmian phones:
*#7780# - Restore factory settings
*#7370# - Reformat your phone (back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!)

Hard reset
Back up your personal data with PC Suite or to the memory card first!

Switch-off your phone.
1. Press and hold three keys at a time;it is called "3 finger reset" which is depress these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone whilst keeping those same three keys depressed until you see formatting.

If you dont understand, again follow the step.
You will use three finger for pres three keys ."green phone"+ "3" +star( *) and pres the power on switch.

All switch will be pressed at a time.

Soon an formatting text, will appear ,then stop pressing those switch,

Remember.
2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory stetting.

then find the defualt settings then erase some of choices

contact your service provider...

first of all nokia care has not permission to do ic work......cos i have worked in nokia care.this problem will soulve by a geniune mechanic only
