I have an lg ke500 and cant get into my albums
You can try powering it off, remove the battery, and then back on. You can also try to do a master reset or a reset settings. If this doesn't work than it is a device issue and you would need to contact your provider about your replacement options.

Wont go past the lg sign on power up ,
try taking out the battery and leave it out for about 5 to 10 minutes. then put the battery back in, if it freezes again that means there is a hardware problem present. Call your service provider and ask for troubleshooting details, they'll either try to help you out or send you another phone. hope this helps

PUK code
The puk code is provided along with your pin code from your network provider, and depends on your sim card. The reason you are asked for this is probably that you have entered wrong pin more than 3 times. The puk can be entered 4to 8 times before it completly blocks your SIM.
Contanct customers service at your provider.
please rate my solution.

When i make a call i can hear the person but they can't hear me.
if the phone is old or has been dropped then it could be your mic that has broke. the speaker is at the top ( so you can hear ) mic is at the bottom ( so they can hear ) but if you know the phone is fine or was fine then you could of muted the call. dial out and keep the phone away from your ear so you can check the screen ( the screen turns off when you hold it to your ear ) then you can check for a mute button or secrecy button. ( we use them to put people on hold so they cant hear what we say )
