Sounds like you have an intermittent software error which launches it into boot mode. Have you tried/or have you recently reset or upgraded the OS? You might want to restore from a known good backup and try to upgrade your OS again. Other than that, a factory reset (and then upgrade OS after that) seems to be a logical next step. take it to a phone repair where they can help you couple it with new components. they take out the old one and put some new ones in it. send it to the manufacturer for easy access to it so they can help you with it. you could get a new one sent to you.
